Good morning!
The Hill newspaper ran an op-ed I wrote today about the use of countervailing duties against countries that are unfairly hurting our manufacturing sector. You can read the full op-ed here. I guess a question that begs to be asked is in order.
Why would Congress and Senate give this President the power to develope treaties with countries, and these treaties cannot be over ridden by congress?
